MyMatchMerch ("the Platform," "We," "Us") collects and processes specific user data necessary for operational functionality and order fulfillment, pursuant to applicable data privacy regulations.

  • Account Information: Name, electronic mail address, and physical shipping address.
  • OAuth Authentication Data: Upon authorization via third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok), we utilize the respective Login Kit to extract public profile metrics, including but not limited to, display name, handle, profile image, and statistical reach (follower count, view metrics). No credential passwords are captured or stored by Us.
  • Financial Data: We expressly disclaim the collection or retention of primary payment credentials (e.g., credit card numbers). All transactional processing is securely routed through our designated third-party payment gateway (Stripe).

2. Utilization of Processed Data

Data harvested is strictly utilized for the following core operations:

  • Deployment and automated configuration of the Creator’s public merchandising storefront.
  • Public display of social proof metrics on said storefront.
  • Financial reconciliation, including deduction of platform fees and routing of net proceeds to the Creator’s connected financial account.
  • Transmission of logistical data (shipping address, item specifications) to our third-party printing and fulfillment partners.

3. Third-Party Data Disclosure

We do not engage in the sale of personal data. Disclosure is strictly limited to authorized operational partners necessary for the execution of services:

  • Fulfillment Partners: For the manufacturing, dispatch, and delivery of physical merchandise.
  • Payment Gateways (Stripe): For the execution of financial transactions and automated Creator payouts.
  • Analytics Systems: For internal auditing of storefront conversion rates and campaign performance metrics.

4. Data Retention, Revocation, and Deletion

The Creator retains statutory rights over their data. Access previously granted via third-party OAuth (e.g., TikTok) may be revoked unilaterally by the Creator within the respective third-party application settings. Formal requests for complete account termination and definitive data erasure must be submitted in writing to legal@mymatchmerch.com.

5. Cookies and Automated Tracking

We employ cookies, web beacons, and similar localized tracking technologies exclusively to ensure platform stability, manage persistent user sessions, and analyze generalized traffic metrics. By accessing the Platform, you consent to the deployment of these infrastructural tracking mechanisms.
